I respect the necessity for strict adherence to rules, guidelines and regulation, particularly when it means safety for everyone.

Then there’s sly … looking for the excuse to disqualify … fail someone … by any means … even being dishonest when they know it’ll come down to one man’s word against their own – and they are guaranteed to get away with it.
